ESPEN's Schistosomiasis Community Data Analysis Tool
To help countries to review their existing data, a data analysis tool was designed by the Expanded Special Project for Elimination of NTDs (ESPEN), called the “ESPEN sub-district data analysis tool for optimizing schistosomiasis MDA implementation” in 2019. The data analysis tool is designed in an Excel workbook with automated tasks to process the data, view the results and make decisions. The document aims to provide users with a guide on how to use the tool.
Version 6
This is version 6 of the guide, published in September 2023, and is is structured in three chapters. The first chapter describes the data requirements and the overall structure of the workbook. The second chapter describes the data processing tasks and the third chapter presents the output summary reports and the final output.
