Webinar | Is the end of schistosomiasis in sight?

As part of the annual Israeli Association for Parasitology, Protozoology and Tropical Diseases conference, NALA will be hosting a international panel of experts in neglected tropical disease (NTD) eradication.  

This event aims to place a spotlight on schistosomiasis and address the topic of elimination. The panel of international experts will include Dr Peter Jay Hotez, who will discuss the prospects of vaccines against helminths, Yael Velleman on the general policy for control of schistosomiasis and other NTDs, Dr Anouk Gouvras on the challenges of schistosomiasis eradication and Nisan Zerai Kesete on the successes and challenges of NALA’s integrated holistic model of intervention.
